We regret to inform you that GROWAN 2012 is declared cancelled,
due to an insuffisant level of registration and paper submission.
Please accept our most sincere apologies for this inconvenience.

Registration fees cover :

 
  • 3-day attendance to the Symposium (June 20-21-22),
  • Welcome reception on June 20,
  • Lunches and coffee breaks during the Symposium,
  • Reception Dinner on June 21, and
  • Symposium Proceedings on a USB stick.

(*) A copy of a valid student card must be included with your registration to allow for reduced fee.
 
 
 
Important note : For all non-European Union participants,

a copy of your passport must be provided with your registration by May 20th, 2012

Without this document, your registration will not be processed.
 
 

Confirmation

Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
 
 

Cancellation

Any cancellation must be requested in written form by May 23, 2012 with bank account number (IBAN or BIC) to be refunded.
 
Please note that :
  • No refunds will be possible after May 23, 2012;
  • In case of sollicited cancellation, a 25€ administration fee will be retained;
  • The event will be officially annulled if the number of registered participants does not exceed 20 by May 20, 2012, and in that case all registration fees will be refunded to all registered participants. 
 

Exhibitors

Industrial participants will have the possibility to exhibit some of their commercially available products. For more information, please refer to the Exhibitor Registration form or contact contact@growan.eu .
