Commercial Exhibitions

At GROWAN 2012, industrial participants will be given the opportunity to exhibit some hardware and/or software solutions in connexion with the event topics. An all-inclusive participation fee of 500€ (VAT excluded) will be requested to benefit from the following set of services:

  • Exhibition booth for the whole duration of the symposium (3 days).

  • Access to all technical sessions for 2 persons.

  • Coffee breaks, lunches, social event for one person.
    Additional payment of 50€ (VAT excluded) will be required for each accompanying person.

  • Publication of the company's profile (including logo and link) on the official event web page.

  • Advertising in the official documentation of GROWAN - all advertising material should be sent 1 month before the exhibition opening.

  • GROWAN presentation material.

Exhibition booths (3m x 3m) will be organized in 250-m² surface area, located right next to the workshop talks and coffee breaks.

Each standard booth will be provided with:

  • Two 1.4mx0.7m tables and two chairs

  • Four electrical outlets (220V, 16A). Extension chords will be provided on request

  • A Wi-Fi connection. Wired Ethernet connections will be supplied on request

  • Booth lighting with 3 light spots.

Payment of the participation fee will be required one month before the exhibition opening by Visa Card, Cash or Order Form.
