• Wednesday evening social event/ dinner: Hostellerie de la Pointe Saint Matthieu
  • Aperitif; Amuse Bouche;
  • Duck "foie gras" with Prawns;
  • Roasted monkfish with bacon, fondant potatoes, beans and fresh peas with a touch of ginger;
  • Kouign Aman pastry (to be pronounced "Queen Aman", only available in Brittany) and Lambic Infusion
  • dress code smart casual, we will have a walk before along the cliffs, visit the lighthouse and ruins of the abbaye
