Camera-ready submission guidelines

The Camera-ready paper is due on  September 3, 2018.

RSP and other events under ESWeek are sponsors by IEEE and ACM. This year, 2018, IEEE holds the copyright of these events, including RSP. Thus, we ask the authors to use the IEEE templates for preparing their final camera-ready paper.

Note that the RSP’2018 proceedings will be published and distributed in IEEE Xplore and ACM Digital Library.

Camera-ready paper preparation:

Please make sure to consider the following guidelines in preparing the final camera-ready version of your paper:

  • All papers are allocated a maximum of 7 pages
  • Addressing the comments of the reviewers
  • Please make sure you follow the template's conference mode provided by IEEE eXpress Conference Publishing: MS Word and LaTeX templates (please make sure NOT to add page numbers)
  • Add the copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your source document before creating a PDF. The appropriate copyright clearance code notice has to be added as follows:
    • For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
    • For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-5386-7557-1/18/$31.00 ©2018 Crown
    • For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 978-1-5386-7557-1/18/$31.00 ©2018 European Union
    • For all other papers the copyright notice is: 978-1-5386-7557-1/18/$31.00 ©2018 IEEE

    The addition of the copyright notice to your paper can be done as follows:

  • MS Word users can use: "Insert" ⇒ "Text box", insert the appropriate copyright notice in the text box, and place it (without borders) at the bottom of the left column on the first page.
  • LaTeX users can add the following lines just before starting the document "\begin{document}":
    • Example for papers in which all authors are employed by the US government: \IEEEoverridecommandlockouts \IEEEpubid{\makebox[\columnwidth]{U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright\hfill}\hspace{\columnsep}\makebox[\columnwidth]{}}
    • Example for papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia): \IEEEoverridecommandlockouts \IEEEpubid{\makebox[\columnwidth]{978-1-5386-7557-1/18/\$31.00 \copyright2018 Crown\hfill}\hspace{\columnsep}\makebox[\columnwidth]{}}
    • Example for papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union: \IEEEoverridecommandlockouts \IEEEpubid{\makebox[\columnwidth]{978-1-5386-7557-1/18/\$31.00 \copyright2018 European Union\hfill}\hspace{\columnsep}\makebox[\columnwidth]{}}
    • Example for all other papers: \IEEEoverridecommandlockouts \IEEEpubid{\makebox[\columnwidth]{978-1-5386-7557-1/18/\$31.00 \copyright2018 IEEE\hfill}\hspace{\columnsep}\makebox[\columnwidth]{}}

IEEE eXplore compliance:
