Camera-ready submission guidelines
RSP'2026 accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library and the ACM Digital Library.
Camera-ready manuscript deadline: August 31, 2026.
Camera-ready paper preparation
Please make sure to consider the following guidelines when preparing the final camera-ready version of your paper:
- All papers are allocated a maximum of 7 pages, including all text, figures, tables, and references.
- Please carefully address the comments and recommendations of the reviewers.
- Please use the conference mode of the IEEE conference templates: IEEE LaTeX and Microsoft Word templates.
- Please make sure not to add page numbers.
- Do NOT add an IEEE copyright notice or Copyright Clearance Code (CCC) footer to the first page of your paper. For RSP'2026, IEEE Publishing Operations will add the Conference Name, Year, DOI, and the appropriate IEEE Copyright Clearance Code to the first page before publication in IEEE Xplore.
IEEE Xplore compliance
All camera-ready submissions MUST be checked for IEEE Xplore compliance before final submission.
To check whether your PDF file is IEEE Xplore-compatible, please use IEEE PDF eXpress at https://ieee-pdf-express.org/ and follow the steps below:
- Go to the IEEE PDF eXpress website and create an account if you do not already have one.
- Enter the following Conference ID: 72345X, together with your email address and password.
- Continue to enter the requested information and complete your account setup.
- After logging in, create a title entry for your paper and upload your PDF file for IEEE Xplore compatibility checking, or upload your source file(s) for conversion to an IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF.
- If the PDF passes the compatibility check, a confirmation will be provided. If it does not pass, follow the PDF Check Report, correct the reported issues, and resubmit the revised file. Repeat this process if necessary until the PDF passes the check.
- Important final step: Submit your approved PDF file through PDF eXpress by clicking on the “Approve for Collection” link/button. Your paper must be marked as “Approved for Collection” so that it can be retrieved by the RSP'2026 organizers from the PDF eXpress site. In case of issue, please log out and log back in to the PDF eXpress website and try again.
Important: Do not modify the PDF after it has successfully passed the IEEE PDF eXpress check. Any change made afterwards, including adding headers, page numbers, watermarks, or any other element, may invalidate IEEE Xplore compatibility. If any modification is necessary, the modified PDF must be checked again through IEEE PDF eXpress.
Previous PDF eXpress users may use their existing account and password; please make sure your contact information is up to date.
For technical issues with PDF eXpress, please contact PDFSupport@ieee.org.
Final paper submission through EasyChair
In parallel with the IEEE PDF eXpress approval and collection, the final IEEE PDF eXpress-validated PDF MUST be uploaded to EasyChair as the final version of your existing RSP'2026 submission.
- Log in to the RSP'2026 EasyChair site.
- Open your existing accepted paper submission.
- Select "Update file".
- Upload the same final PDF that successfully passed the IEEE PDF eXpress check.
Please do not create a new submission in EasyChair. The camera-ready PDF must replace the previous version of your existing submission.
Copyright form
Copyright transfer will be handled through the IEEE electronic Copyright Form (eCF) system. Authors will receive separate instructions for completing the IEEE eCF required for publication. Please complete the copyright form promptly once you receive these instructions.
Publication policies
Each accepted paper must be associated with an author registration (one registration covers one paper).
The organizing committee reserves the right to exclude a paper from the final proceedings if the paper is not presented at the workshop.
