Submission instructions

Authors are invited to submit their contributions as papers of maximum 7 pages long including all text, figures, and references following the standard double-column ACM format. Papers must be submitted in Adobe's Portable Document Format (PDF) format.
For formatting instructions and templates, please visit the ACM web site and use the "sigconf" proceedings template.
Formal proceedings will be published by ACM and IEEE. Regarding the author list, RSP does not perform double-blind reviews, so be sure to include it in your submitted paper.
Contributions have to be submitted electronically through the EasyChair portal of the conference: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=rsp20190
Publication policies:
Each accepted paper must be associated with an author registration (one registration covers one paper).
The organization committee reserves the right to exclude a paper from the final proceedings if the paper is not presented at the conference.
