Fees
Registration fees cover :
- 3-day attendance to the Symposium (June 15-16-17),
- welcome reception on June 15,
- lunches and coffee breaks during the Symposium,
- Reception Dinner on June 16, and
- Symposium Proceedings on a USB stick.

Industrial participants will have the possibility to exhibit some of their commercially available products. For more information, please refer to the Exhibitor Registration form or contact exhibition@growan2011.eu.
Procedure
If you would like to exhibit commercially available products, please
- fill in the Exhibitor Registration form : .pdf and send it to registration@growan2011.eu.
Important note : For all non-European Union participants,
a copy of your passport must be provided with your registration by May 15th, 2011

Confirmation
Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Cancellation
Any cancellation must be requested in written form by May 23, 2011 with bank account number (IBAN or BIC) to be refunded.
Please note that :
- no refunds will be possible after May 23, 2011;
- in case of sollicited cancellation, a 25€ administration fee will be retained;
- the event will be officially annulled if the number of registered participants does not exceed 20 by May 15, 2011, and in that case all registration fees will be refunded to all registered participants.
