The authors of accepted regular papers shall prepare camera-ready submissions in full conformance with the LNCS style, not exceeding 14 pages and strictly by 01 December 2008. For format and style guidelines authors should refer to: http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html. Failure to comply and to register for the conference will prevent the paper from appearing in the proceedings. The conference proceedings will be published in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series by Springer Verlag, which will be available at the start of the conference.
Papers should be submitted via the EasyChair Portal
Papers should be submitted via the EasyChair Portal. The deadline for the final version is set to 09 March 2009.
Please note that the selected paper will be published by Springer Verlag in their LNCS (Lecture Notes in Computer Sciences) serie.
LNCS/LNAI/LNBI is published, in parallel to the printed books, in full-text electronic form via their internet platform www.springerlink.com. We therefore need all the electronic files, most importantly the source files, of all parts of the manuscript (including front matter pages) as advised in the instructions. LNCS editors enter into the source files to smooth out any formatting or capitalization discrepancies and to insert running heads, page numbers and a reference line at the bottom of the first page of every paper. LNCS editors also require a final pdf of each paper created and checked by the authors.
LNCS editors have recently introduced an extra control loop, subsequent to data conversion. LNCS editors therefore don't need a hardcopy anymore for checking purposes. Instead, once data processing has been finished, LNCS editors shall contact the corresponding authors and ask them to check their papers.
The LNCS author's guidelines provide the different formats which are accepted and must be used when finalizing your paper.
