Instructions for authors
1. Transfer of Copyrights to IFIP
The ONDM 2013 Proceedings will be published on the IEEE digital library (IEEEXplore) while the copyrights of these proceedings will be held by the International Federation of Information Processing (IFIP).
Upon submission of his/her final manuscript, each author must give his/her consent to the transfer of copyright agreement. In order to proceed further with the publication of his/her accepted manuscript, each author must fill in and sign the attached form.
The authors must submit this form online directly on the EDAS website in the Copyright section (by clicking on the © sign). In case of any problem, please send your form directly to contact@ondm2013.eu, indicating "Copyright transfer form" in the subject field.
Forms must be received no later than March 1st, 2013.
2. Final submission (accepted papers)
Authors must submit their revised manuscript using the EDAS online application no later than February 20, 2013. The same editorial guidelines apply as for the initial submission, i.e. each revised manuscript must be submitted as a PDF file, which should not exceed 6 pages in double-column IEEE proceedings style and must strictly fulfill the IEEE publication requirements. 3. Posters
The authors are expected to bring their posters which must be printed in a portrait configuration and must comply with the A0 format (i.e. 1.190m x 0.841m).
Panel boards will be provided during the poster session together with attaching means (e.g. small hooks). To attach the posters on the boards, posters need to be provided with at least two "attachment points" (i.e. small holes) on their right and left top angles to hold them vertically on the boards.
