Social Event: Boat Trip and Dinner

  • A 3-hour boat trip including dinner is scheduled on June 16, 2011. All the participants should be in front of Quartz (map) at 6:54 pm and the bus leaves at 7:00 pm to the harbor.

The vessel, built in 1992, can accommodate 130 passengers and offers a wide view on the bay, from the lounges or from the open deck.
The three-hour tour on the sheltered waters of the bay will show you Brest commercial and military harbors, its small isles, Ile Longue (the nuclear naval base), the Plougastel-Daoulas and Crozon peninsulas. A sunset on the roadstead is a sight in itself.
Departure will be from the Moulin Blanc marina.
