Guidelines for Oral Presentations
Presentations are limited to 20 minutes for regular presentations and 30 minutes for guest speakers, including 5 minutes for questions and answers.
Standard audiovisual equipment, including Video Projector, Screen, Microphone and Pointer will be provided. A laptop (Windows XP, MS Powerpoint 2007 & Adobe Acrobat Reader version 8) will be available in the session room for regular presentations.
Speakers should arrive in their session room 15 minutes BEFORE the start of their session to meet the chair person.
Speakers are strongly encouraged to visit the session room in advance of their presentation to avoid any last minute problems.
Note that a Speakers' Preparation room will be open during the sessions from Monday through Friday.
IEEE No Show Policy
IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the poster is not presented at the conference.
